  Evacuation Day 2026 will be hosted by the Washington County 250^th Committee at Roger's Island Visitor Center in Fort Edward NY 1-4 PM.
  
  It includes:
  
  
  • Presentation on the Knox Noble Train of Artillery by Washington County 250^th co-chair Pat Niles 1 - 1:45PM
  
  
  • Artillery firing demonstration and discussion by the 2^nd Continental Artillery at 2-2:45PM.
  
  
  • Presentation on the Knox Noble Train of Artillery between Albany and Boston by Fort Ticonderoga's vice president of public history Stuart Lilie 3-4PM
  
  
  The event is free and open to the public.

• Members Planning June 6 Meet-up at Fort Ticonderoga
  
  

  A Saratoga Battle Chapter member is organizing a group meet up for a tour of historic Fort Ticonderoga at 12:45 pm June 6.
  
  General admission at $21 per-person includes access to the full property including the Carillon Battlefield, gardens and museum exhibits. Daily guided tours, weapons demonstrations and trade work is ongoing such as carpentry, shoemaking and tailoring.
  
  A group could add a private historical introduction led by an historian – a 30 or 45-minute tour can be curated to the group’s interest. The 30 minute tour is an extra $10 per person, 45 minutes is $15 more.
